Another great talk by Philip Price. This time he presents interesting nostalgic moments in space flight. The story behind this talk comes from the Mars helicopter Ingenuity which contains a piece if the Wright Brothers canvas from their first ever flight.

About the Event
Over the years NASA has sent many 'Nostalgic' objects and artifacts into space for the purpose of messages to potential extra-terrestrial beings, hidden messages in the stars, commemoratory to an event or even PR to raise awareness of Space.
This talk is a brief history of NASA space missions containing these objects ranging from the more well know Pioneer plaque and Voyager gold disc to the lesser known examples that you may not have realised were there.
